Implementation

We build what the audit selected, starting with what pays off soonest. The automations plug into the tools you already run: nobody changes software, nobody learns a new interface. What changes is that a task disappears.

How it unfolds

01

Scoping

We fix the scope of the first batch: two or three processes, not ten. A visible result within weeks beats a six-month project nobody can see the end of.

02

Build and acceptance

We build, then your team tests on their real files. The rounds happen on actual cases, not on samples: that is what makes the system hold once it ships.

03

Handover

Progressive go-live, written documentation, and a session with the team. You leave with automations you understand and that someone else could take over.

What it covers

  • Automations built on open source tools, hosted by you or by us
  • Connected to your core software, your mail and your document stores
  • Acceptance testing with your team, on your real files
  • Documentation and training, delivered with the system

What you keep

Automations running on your real files, documented and exportable.

Who it is for

A firm that has been through an audit — ours or its own — and knows which processes it wants gone from its days.

Why no price is shown

Because a figure read out of context means nothing: the scope for a three-person agency and one for a firm with a hundred and twenty buildings have nothing in common. The amount is set after the audit, when we know exactly what we are building. And it is open to discussion — we are building our first references.
