Audit

The audit answers one question: is there time to recover here, and where? We spend a few days looking at how your firm actually works — not how it is supposed to work — and come out with a costed list of automations, ranked by gain and by effort. You then decide what happens next, or nothing at all.

How it unfolds

01

Interviews

An hour with each person involved: negotiators, property managers, accounts, management. We talk about the real working day, the workarounds and the tasks nobody enjoys — that is usually where the best gains hide.

02

Measurement

We map the processes and put a figure on the time actually spent on each. No finger in the air: we count, we cross-check against your tools, and we end up with a baseline nobody can dispute later.

03

Report and walkthrough

A one-hour session where we present the automations worth doing, what they return, what they cost to build, and in which order. The document stays with you whatever happens next.

What it covers

  • Interviews with negotiators, property managers and the accounts team
  • Process mapping and measurement of the time actually spent
  • Inventory of your tools and what they can export
  • Deliverable: costed use cases, prioritised, with their implementation price

What you keep

A costed report: the automations worth doing, prioritised, with their build effort.

Who it is for

An agency or a firm that senses it is losing time without knowing quite where, or that already has an idea in mind and wants to know whether it holds up before investing.

Why no price is shown

Because a figure read out of context means nothing: the scope for a three-person agency and one for a firm with a hundred and twenty buildings have nothing in common. The amount is set after the audit, when we know exactly what we are building. And it is open to discussion — we are building our first references.
